Company ADIP, spol. s r.o. was established in 1991 to meet the demands of Middle Moravian customer for spare parts for KAROSA buses, as well as LIAZ, PRAGA, AVIA and TATRA trucks. The company quickly became established and by the end of the nineteen nineties dominated the marketplace. It has now expanded to include the wholesale trade and also exports to surrounding countries. As the market changed and domestic brands in the freight transport began to be replaced by prestigious European brands, the company started to stock DAF, IVECO, MAN, MERCEDES, RENAULT, SCANIA and VOLVO parts. The company also responded to customer demand from the Czech market by stocking spare parts for trailers. It continues to study and respond to the markets in order to respond to the requirements of our customers, whilst at the same time, continuing to stock a large portfolio of parts for omestic trucks and buses. We are always keen expand our range to cover new products and it is our aim to offer our customers a wide range of top quality goods at competitive prices.

Central stock building ADIPThe increase in the range of goods we stock has meant that we have had to increase our stock reserves and to establish distribution depots in places which are convenient to our customers. This exercise has given us a better control of our stock and has increased our knowledge of the different components. An important  landmark in our development was the establishment of our subsidiary company ADIP Slovakia in Banska Bystrica, following the success of our company SLOVADIP in the Slovakian town Lucenec, which has been trading for 10 years. Since 2000 our prestigious "on-line" ordering system at all our ADIP sites has encompassed an individually tailored ordering system.  This has meant that we  are able to meet any customer requirements, quickly and efficiently, in any part  of the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Our primary concern is that our customers receive a prompt and superior service and that they think of us as their first point of contact for their requirements. For this reason all our operatives are highly trained, so that they can provide the professionalism required. At the moment we have our central stock in Breznice but there are a further 11 branches in the Czech Republic, as well as several stock consignments located with our most important customers. In Slovakia there are another 8 sales points and we are constantly reviewing this with the aim of opening  further outlets as they are needed.
 
Our company was one of the first in the field of spare part distribution for trucks to obtain Certification of Quality Management corresponding to current standard EN ISO 9001:2000. Our systems continue to improve in line with our strategic plans, which are regularly reviewed. It is the goal of all our employees to increase our good reputation as well as increasing our sales.
 
We realise that our staff are a major asset to the company and put major emphasis on Human Resources Development. Our education programmes run continuously on three levels:

  • preliminary training, which includes up to 6 months on the job training in adaptation programmes,
  • internal specialist training, including product knowledge and commercial skills,
  • improvement of Information System Management and process procedures skills.

We also train our staff in Customer Service and Communications. Each employee has an individual training schedule to enable them to reach the standards we aspire to in this company.
 

New design of distribution cars We have our own transport, which delivers most of the spare parts. Our branches are also restocked by overnight deliveries.  
We were the first company to offer our partners an Internet Shop, back in 1993, and since  2003 we have also established our "Blue Line" service, whereby the employees answering these queries are able to offer assistance with the identification of spare parts as well as their prompt dispatch.
